Downloading the yFiles software
has moved!

This portal used to be the yWorks Download Center where licensees of the commercial yFiles diagramming software components could download their licensed yFiles software.

Dear yWorks Customer!
Dear yFiles User!

Please be informed that this portal is no longer active. As of May 2025 the download of all yFiles software has been moved to the yWorks Customer Center (https://my.yworks.com).

To download your licensed yFiles software from the yWorks Customer Center, all you will need is:
a) an account in the Customer Center,
b) this account needs to be connected to your yFiles license, and
c) the account needs to have the 'Download' entitlement.

With those properly in place, you can download the software directly from your account in the Customer Center.

You are not sure about a), b), and/or c)?
→ a) Creating an account in the Customer Center is fairly easy: Head over to https://my.yworks.com and sign up there with your company email address.
→ b) The Customer Account Administrator for your yFiles license can add your account as a team member for the license.
→ c) The Customer Account Administrator for your yFiles license can add the 'Download' entitlement to your account.

If you don't know the Customer Account Administrator for your yFiles license and your team lead cannot help with this information, please have your team lead get in touch with the yWorks sales team, they will gladly help with this.

We are excited to provide yFiles licensees with the new seamless experience in the yWorks Customer Center, where you can access and download both yFiles license keys and library files, manage your license(s) efficiently, and also interact with our support team.
